Are Neptune's hearing aids FDA registered?

Yes, our devices are FDA registered.

Why does Neptune Hearing not have a physical store where I can try before buying?

In an effort to cut out the middle man and save you money, we have eliminated all unnecessary costs. This allows us to pass on the savings to you and sell quality devices for a fraction of the price.


Am I safe ordering through Neptunehearing.com?

Your ordering safety is always our top priority. We ensure a safe and secure transaction through the use of a high-grade 256-bit SLL certificate that encrypts (scrambles) your information. Your credit card information is never stored by us, but is instead passed directly to our payment processor.

I have hearing loss: Will hearing aids bought from Neptune Hearing work for me?

Our hearing aids that adhere to international standards, have undergone appropriate testing, and have necessary licensure so individuals with hearing loss can use them. If you have hearing loss that necessitates the use of a hearing device, our hearing devices will work for you.
Elsewhere, the sticker price of a hearing device may have up to 70% increase over the base price to offset overhead costs and to cover add-on services (free batteries and unlimited checkups). By operating online and offering the basics, Neptune Hearing is able to eliminate the bulk of the extra cost that make hearing aids expensive in traditional sales points.

Will I experience an adjustment period with my new hearing aids?

Yes. A sudden enhancement in hearing coupled with improved clarity can take a period of adjustment, but is well worth it! To adjust completely to wearing hear devices can take from a number of days to even a few months.

Before Buying

I wear eyeglasses/mask/oxygen, can I still use Nano hearing aids?

Yes you can, all our devices are designed to fit well with eyeglasses and masks.

Do I need a prescription or a hearing test in order to purchase?

You don't need a prescription or even an audiogram (hearing test) to purchase our hearing aids. Our technology allows you to pick different modes and volume settings so you can find the best combination of sound for your ears.

How will I know if the device will be a good fit?

Each device is sent with a few sets of ear-domes of different types and sizes, over 95% of people can find a perfect fitting ear-dome.

How long does shipping take?

We ship all hearing aids within 2-3 business day and it takes from 4-5 days to arrive at your home depending on how fast the USPS delivers.


Where do you ship from?

We are shipping orders from our logistic center, which is in Texas.

Other US territories—Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Typical shipping times is increased by an additional 1-3 business days.

What is the status of my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information to your email address or phone number used on the checkout. If at any time within the first 30 days of use you're not satisfied with your Neptune hearing aids, contact us to start your return process.
